By commissioning or purchasing any 3D model from me, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service. These terms keep everything fair between both of us. Any updates to this TOS apply to future projects, not past ones.⮞ PAYMENTS
All payments must be made upfront. No exceptions.⮞ REVISIONS
I’ll provide progress screenshots and allow small changes during the WIP stages.
Major overhauls or redesigns after the final render/model is done may cost extra.
Once approved and delivered, the project is considered complete.⮞ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the model and my current queue.
I’ll always give an estimated delivery window before starting.
Finished files will be delivered digitally via your preferred method.⮞ USE
You can use your purchased model however you like (personal projects, VRChat avatars, streaming, animations, etc.)
You cannot resell, redistribute, or upload duplicates of the model files for sale or free distribution online.
Editing or re-texturing the model is totally fine as long as you don’t claim you made the base model.⮞ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain the rights to the 3D model and design unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
You own the usage rights, not the copyright.
That means you can use it, but you can’t sell or claim ownership of the model base mesh itself.⮞ REFUNDS
Refunds are only offered if I haven’t started the project yet.
Once I begin modeling or rendering, no refunds will be issued.
If I, for any reason, can’t complete your commission, you’ll receive a full refund.⮞ COMMUNICATION
All communication should stay respectful and professional.
I’ll keep you updated throughout the process and expect timely responses for approvals and feedback.
If you go silent for 1 week without notice, I may pause or cancel the commission.
